JIRA: Относительная дата. Relative dates

Решается отключением относительной даты. 

Решение: 

1. Shut down your JIRA applications
2. Navigate to $JIRA_HOME
3. Edit the file: jira-config.properties - See How to edit the jira-config.properties file
   1. If this file does not exist, create it
   2. You can find more information on this specific file in Advanced JIRA Configuration - Atlassian Documentation
4. Add the following line:
   

   jira.lf.date.relativize = false

5. Save the file
6. Restart your JIRA applications
